Cannot set up my Fitbit flex

Hi
I am having trouble setting up my Fitbit flex.
I have followed all steps with ease however it is only searching to connect to the device and hasn't done yet. I have the Flex and the lights are working when I double tap. Can you please help as I cannot finish setting up the Fitbit?
