Out of curiosity, what type of iOS device are you using and what iOS version is your device running (ie iOS 10, iOS 9.3, etc)?
Also are you able to download the app using this link?

Hi there @RBMonroe, good to see you around and has been a few days since you posted. Were you able to download the Fitbit app?
Have you set your app store in a different location? sometimes this can caused issues at the moment to download the app. But I would like to know in case the issue persists, is giving you any error when you try to install the app?
Let me know more details, I'm sure we can find a solution in case you still need help.
