Hi
The card in the Pay wallet on my Charge4 goes missing when syncing the device with the app on my iPhone. I can get the card back if I sync with the Android app but it disappears again when syncing with the iPhone. The issue turned up after chaing to a new phone, an iPhone SE 3rd gen.
When tapping the Wallet icon in the iOS app I’m promted for a 4-digit pin code, unclear if it is the pin code for the phone or for the tracker. However, regardless of which, I get the message that the ”code could not be changed” and I don’t get to see the card that I have in the wallet.
How to resolve the issue with the disappearing card?

Access to the wallet in the fitbit app should be your phones unlock code.

Problem is that I have a 6-digit pin on the phone. I tried changing it to a 4-digit code but that didn’t help me access the iOS app wallet
