I have a charge 5 and have used Fitbit devices for 4 years now. I’ve always had a cardio fitness score and today suddenly it’s changed to a range. Why did this happen and why has this not been fixed?I see posts about this problem that are 4 years old and no solution has been posted !

@Skyblu Hello! In order to get a score and not a range, you need to do a GPS-connected run for at least 10 minutes on a mostly flat surface. If you haven't done one in awhile, I believe it will revert back to giving you a range. You may need to do more than one 10 minute run in order to get a score.

You can read this help article for more details about the cardio fitness score.

Hi, just wondering if you ever received a satisfactory response to the query?  I'm in exactly the same position - my fitness score has been stuck for a few months now having previously changed almost daily
