Challenges and friends aren't appearing on app

I logged into the Fitbit App on my iPhone 11 (iOS 13.1.2) to sync my Fitbit Alta.  The stats synced fine but all my challenges from the weekend were not present.  I also could not find any way to start a new challenge.  All I saw was the premium ones.  I decided to just update the app.  Now I noticed I have no friends and the app can't sync to Facebook to get my friends list.

What the heck happened?  The app was working fine over the weekend!

Hello again @Storker19@coach41 and @lanceaviator

Try logging out of your Fitbit App, force shut the app by swiping it upward, then log back on. Mine was resolved just now.
😃 Keep me posted if this resolves your issue.

I am showing the same thing. My challenge was there this morning and now is suddenly gone and to start a new challenge it says I have to have the premium service.

I'm sorry this happened to you.  But glad to see I am not the only seeing this problem.

Yes, very frustrating. Lost all my friends also. Never had this happen before. So odd.

Same happened to me. Been working my butt of on my challenges, and boom...gone. This app is probably the worst one I have ever used. Seems to not be able to handle Monday usage. Glad I haven’t spent money on Premium, would definitely be a waste of money if it is always going down.
