Challenges steps do not match Ionic steps.

This is really ridiculous that is did not have this problem with losing so many steps with an hour or two hour time difference. Called support and they are aware but what is the fix seriously we spend a lot of money for your product for it not to work properly. We can not even enjoy challenges with different family/friends in another time zone with a mere couple of hour difference is really sad in this day and age. I did not have that problem with these same friends with my Blaze so what gives same phone.
