Hi just changed phone (iPhone)....all other apps transferred ok but I can’t seem to get into my Fitbit at all. Looked in via laptop, and it hasn’t synced since phone change. What do I do now.?

A couple questions for you, @Fmlondon -
If not, please do so. Once that is done, If the Fitbit app is on your new iPhone, delete it ... wait a few minutes ... then install it again. Follow the prompts to sign in and Set Up a New Device. Please let us know how it goes.

Hello @Fmlondon do not remove the tracker from your app or your Fitbit account.
As @SunsetRunner mentions, if the old phone is nearby and turned on, please log out of the Fitbit app and remove the tracker from the phones Bluetooth.
You say you can't log on through the Fitbit app. Do you get any error messages that may help us determine at be wrong?

Sorry for not replying, didnt see the feed as I cant get into the app. Forgot that Id asked the question via my laptop!! Still nothing works for me....:(
I changed to an iPhone X
The old phone is long gone, I did not realise I had to delete the app / remove the devide, as I thought it transferred with everything else.
I cannot get into the app on my phone - it doesnt recognise my email address - despite the fact that I can log on OK via my laptop....
What now??!

As responded above to Carol - apologies for the delay, still cant access the app.
It doesnt recognise my password, nor will it email me a new one (nothing ever arrives). Maybe because I originally logged into the app via facebook?
Iphone still doesnt 'see' my device - just searches endlessly. Only access is via laptop, but that thinks I havent synced for over a year of course....
Help!

Have you tried copy paste of your password from your password manager?
