Changing time on Fitbit charge

Hi,

I have been trying to change my timezone back to Vancouver time since my trip, but it is stuck in Aruba time. I'm using the iOS app and have done the advance setting and synced the charge right after changing to time zone but it will not change. I've done this process many time and every time I come back to advance setting the timezone says Aruba. Is there any other way to change the time ?

@Barney1234  Some people have said if they choose a random time zone, then sync (and if it changed) to then go back and choose the correct time zone - syncing one more time.

Maybe that will help correct it for you.

Hi @Barney1234

Have moved this thread from the Charge to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.

Your post will get more attention here.

The tracker receives the time from the phone, depending on which timezone is set. Mysterious that it changes back to the other timezone.

Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to reply. It is much appericated. I tried to change it to many different time zones and synced right away and it keeps changing back to Aruba time. Thanks for your suggestion.

@Barney1234 I'd also make sure that you are using the most current version of the Fitbit iOS App, version 2.26.

Click here to download and hope this helps!
