Changing time

I have been told to tap Gear, scrolll down to Time setting - there is no such setting

Time should update automatically when you sync based on the time on your phone.  

Also if you go to account -->Gear (settings)--> Location 

Is this accurate?  

You can also go to the web version www.fitbit.com 

And go to settings --> Personal info --> Scroll Down to Time Zone.
