Charge 2 -Apple IPad 2 (A1395)

Hi, can I download the app for my Charge 2 onto my iPad 2 please. 

For some reason I cannot get it to sync on my iMac.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Cherripie,

Unfortunately the iPad 2 isn't a device that is supported by Fitbit, so you won't be able to sync your tracker with your iPad; but you should still be able to download the Fitbit App by searching the iPhone App Store instead of the iPad App Store.

Hi many thanks. I have downloaded the app as you suggested however can you help with connection to my Mac computer. I have downloaded the Getting Started info, plugged in my Fitbit. I was requested to ensure Bluetooth was on, which it was, but it does not sync. Any suggestions please?

Does it have a built I  Bluetooth 4.0 or better?

Forgive me I am a novice as far as computers are concerned.
However from the original Technical Spec it states
Bluetooth
Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) wireless technology
Where would I look to see if it had been upgraded since please?
