Charge 2: No compatibility with life fitness gym equipment ?

I just picked up a new charge 2 for my birthday and am surprised to see that there is no way to transmit the heart rate to the life fitness running machine or cycling machine.

When I try connect with Bluetooth it just says there is nothing to connect to.

Has anyone been able to get their heart rate from the Fitbit showing up on the equipment ?

I know it's the most popular fitness machine in gyms so am surprised if it doesn't work

Hello @Mobilebloke and welcome to the Fitbit Community! Currently, Life Fitness equipment can't connect directly with the Fitbit app to transmit information. At this moment, I would like to recommend getting the LFconnect app which sends information about your workouts directly to Fitbit, including hear rate.

That's not question! I have the same issue. Charge 3 device cannot connect to the life fitness equipment for heart rate tracking and managing the equipment speed!
