Charge 2 battery life finally showed 30 minutes after sync Apple6 IOS 9(?)

OK, I bought this for a little health aid, and it's barely OK for this, although in some ways it's amazing what it offers...

However, I find the programming more than just a bit frustrating when it took over a half hour (while searching for help) to finally show battery life.  The on-line manual isn't very user friendly either.

I'm not tech savvy, but not completely computer illiterate.  I can read and follow instructions.

Hello @Picman, and welcome!, it's great to receive new members! Smiley Happy

If you find the information form your Charge 2, including battery life, to take a long time to update, I would like to suggest restarting your tracker. This will remove any bug or unfinished process that might be causing this issue. Please note that we recommend having the latest OS update and the latest version of the Fitbit app as well.

I hope this information had been useful, keep me posted in case you need anything else! Smiley Wink
