With today’s iOS update my Charge 2 isn’t detectable via Bluetooth with my iPhone. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app, rebooted the watch, rebooted by phone AND not only does nothing work, it actually became worse with Bluetooth not seeing the Fitbit now.

Hello and welcome to the Fitbit Community @hennis001
Im sorry to see your having syncing issues. Currently this is an issue being experienced by some individuals but let’s try a few things to see if that doesn’t get you back up and running again:
Please first check here to insure that your IOS Device is compatible with the new Fitbit App:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315
If your are indeed compatible with the new Fitbit App there are a few things we can try to get you syncing again.
Let’s try restarting your Fitbit Tracker: Heres how:
https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186
If your still experiencing syncing issues I would suggest force shut the App and restart. Here’s how:
Turn off your Bluetooth
log out of the Fitbit App
completely shut down your device, wait 1-2 mins then restart your device
once your device fully loads enable your Bluetooth again
now log back into your Fitbit App as you normally would with your email address and password
now sync your device
If your still having syncing issues you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App. You will not lose your data doing this.
Here’s how:
1. Log out of the Fitbit app and force shut the app by swiping up
2. uninstall the Fitbit App from your device
3. now completely shut down your device and wait about 1 min then restart your device
4. once your device has reloaded reinstall the Fitbit app by downloading it from the App Store
5. once it’s installed, log into your device as you normally would with username and password
6. don’t touch anything in the app...just wait until you get a prompt from your Bluetooth.
7. When prompted by your Bluetooth tap yes
8. now try to sync
Please check your iOS settings if this problem persist and try this:
Lastly if all the above steps are not resolving the syncing issue please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 2 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device" or "Unpair". Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device. Just follow the instructions as they come.
If the issue is not solved after the above steps, please take a look at the help articles: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? or Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
😃Hopefully these suggestions resolve your syncing issue. Please let me know

It's not only with Charge 2. My inspire HR became a brick as soon as I upgraded to 13.2.2. Tried everything ... And Fitbit is not acknowledging that they're having a broad problem.

Hello and welcome @fredus.
i understand you’re having issues with your Fitbit inspire HR. You describe your issue as a “brick”. So, is your Inspire not reacting at all and won’t even turn on at all?
Please clarify exactly what your experiencing as it makes troubleshooting the problem easier. Also could you please provide me with the iOS device version and model you are using.
😉 Please keep me posted

It operates normally but cannot pair via bluetooth with my iPhone X upgraded to the latest iOS. I tried on 2 different iphone with similar up to date iOS. I didn't buy a fitbit to wear a watch but to get data and I can't get them, hence the brick. I've tried everything support people copy/paste on every thread and nothing helps.

Hello again @fredus
If you feel you have performed all the troubleshooting steps correctly and your still experiencing an issue then my suggestion would be to contact Fitbit Customer Service. Here are ways you can contact them: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs&co=GB

What would be the point? It's obvious Fitbit is struggling with the latest iOS release and hopefully is actively working on it. So calling customer support would just be a waste of time. There is nothing they can do other than have me try all the things I've already tried.
With the Google acquisition, more struggle are coming.

My phone still looses its connection to my Fitbit occasionally, saying it can’t find it. I’ve never had this problem before. It finds it again after a while, but it’s still a bit annoying.

Yes, the third option worked. I had to re-setup my Charge2 which was a pain as it defaults all the settings. I’ve had to do it a number of times since the iOS update as the issue seems to come and go.
