Charge 2 not getting Notifications.

I have tried to do all the steps mentioned included forgetting the pairing on the app and Bluetooth. I have manually reset both the device and phone multiple times. I have deleted the app and cleared cookiess. I have checked my DND settings both on the Fitbit and iPhone and toggled then on and off multiple times. I have tried all these steps in a variety of orders and with the hopes of it working and still nothing! The notifications are one of the major reasons I purchased this fitbhr without that I may as well by an Apple Watch. Can anyone help?

Hello @Ninjamama, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have let me know all the troubleshooting steps in order to try to fix this issue. At this moment I would like to suggest you to check if your tracker is currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode by pressing down the button on the side for 2 seconds. A message and a vibration will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off. When this mode is turned on, you won't be able to receive any Notification coming from the phone.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

I'm very glad to know that by pressing down the button on your Charge 2 for 2 seconds you were able to disable Do Not Disturb and your tracker is now receiving Notifications.

In case you have some spare time, I would like to invite you to visit our Discussions board where you will find great tips and encouragement from other members and if there's anything else I can do for you, please keep me posted.
