My charge 2 wasn't syncing with my IOS phone. My software is up to date. I got it to sync but not all data transferred. How can I fix this? The hourly step count didn't sync correctly, no updates since the reset.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Tell me, which other data are you missing other than the Hourly Activity? Our team is currently aware of an issue that's preventing the app from showing the correct information on this tile, so it will be very helpful if you could let us know if other tiles are affected.
In the meantime, restart your device and your phone and try to sync again. Let us know how it goes!
