I have iPhone 7. The phone is connected in Bluetooth but will not sync always mode I have turned phone & Bluetooth of and on also removed app. Still won’t anybody Says it needs to be paired then pairing failed.

If your tracker is not syncing correctly I would like to suggest you some troubleshooting tips that have been very helpful for users facing the same situation:
If your Charge 2 is still having trouble syncing my best recommendation would be setting up your tracker as a new device to reset the connection between your tracker and your phone. Don't worry, none of the information previously stored in your account will be removed.
