Charge 2 not syncing on iPhone 5

Maybe it is something simple, but my iPhone 5 is not syncing my charge 2.    I've turned off iPhone, I've turned of BlueTooth etc etc.  Still same problem.

 

Maybe once a day it does sync, but on iPhone it ALWAYS stay on same resting bpm (doesn't give actual heart beat). Also Heart Rate not updating

Hi @ElsV! you can visit this help article to resolve your syncing issue 🙂 

 

The resting bpm that you see in your Fitbit app is the resting bpm your tracker recorded on your last sync. Once you sync your tracker, you'll notice your heart rate data will change.
