Have a one-year old Fitbit Charge 2...had it paired to an iPad Air and iPhone 6...
Upgrading my technology and now have an iPhone 7 and iPad Pro, which are both well established devices. Unbelievably, neither of these iOS devices are on the list of supported devices...Fitbit, you guys are falling behind, seriously!! What is going on that there is no App in the iPad App Store for Fitbit...I can’t get the Charge 2 to sync with either iPhone 7 or iPad Pro and it appears that the Charge 2 is incompatible with both of these devices...Fitbit software in serious need of a big update / do-over if it is this far behind the hardware tech curve...This is so frustrating that I’m pretty much ready to toss this Charge 2 out and get something that will actually work...like (gasp) an Apple Watch, which I never thought I’d say...
