Hi,
Long time fitbit user.
Upgraded to Charge 2 a while ago (a gift from someone). I continue to have all sorts of syncing problems. Using iPhone app.
I've scanned help/forums and from there I have learned that I can usually get things to sync to app if I turn off bluetooth, restart my fitbit, close app, restart phone, etc. But this is becoming an annoyance as needed every day (at least).
I also then wake up the next day and steps for the previous 2 or 3 days that I got to sync to app by following all the above steps have disappeared. Reset to zero. So I follow the above steps again. And again. And again.
Is there any better solution? Currently I have pulled the old fitbit out and busy charging it as the Charge 2 is becoming a chore.

@lecycliste Very weird. Do you see the same behavior occuring on your Fitbit.com dashboard?
Also, what type of iOS device are you syncing with and what software version is it running (ie iOS 9.3, iOS 10.2, etc)?
Lastly, does restarting your iOS device and double checking that you have a strong internet connection resolve the problem at all?
