Not sure if anyone else has the same problem, Fitbit app not syncing since 15/10/20 contacted help chat they said they would get back to me but haven’t. My charge 2 is working fine but just is not syncing. Can anyone help?

Same issue. Mine stopped syncing yesterday but Fitbit charge is still working.
