Received new Fitbit Charge 2 yesterday and successfully set it up with my iPhone 6s and achieved a successful synch. Today, my iPhone has been trying to “synch” with my Fitbit Charge 2 for 2 hours and its “stuck” in the syncing cycle. What’s wrong? Why is it doing this? How do I fix? Thanks.

Hello @DrMWalls, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. ![]()
If your Charge 2 is taking a long time to sync please try to restart it, also restart your phone and the Bluetooth on your phone by going to Settings > Bluetooth. Don't turn off Bluetooth from the Control Center as it will only disconnect you from the current device instead of restart it.
Additionally when syncing, please make sure you have a strong WiFi signal and that there are no other Bluetooth devices that might interfere with the syncing process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. ![]()
