Charge 2 won’t connect to new iPhone.

I got a new iPhone XS and now my Fitbit charge 2 wont connect. I have deleted it from the account, deleted and reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth on and off. Nothing happens to connect it.

Hi, and welcome to the Community!

 

Do you still have your old phone? If so, make sure it doesn’t still have a connection to the tracker in its bluetooth settings as this could be blocking connection to your new phone.
