Charge 2 won’t pair; iPhone won’t log in

I just got my Charge 2 for Christmas. My Fitbit has been synching inconsistently at best. It completely stopped trying on Friday. I’ve tried resetting it, turning my blue tooth and WiFi off and on, then logging off the app. When I tried to log back on I kept getting an error message. I uninstalled then reinstalled to no avail. I am still getting the error message “Oops something went wrong. Please try again. The operation could not be completed. (NetworkbitK-it.HTTPError error 1).”

 

I’ve seen it mentioned that I should turn off WiFi and use data. I am overseas and that is not an option for me. Please advise.

I don’t know how to delete this but I was able to log in this morning 🙂
