My new iPhone 11 will not stay paired with my Charge 2.
All the software on the phone and the app is up to date.
At least once a day I get a “device not found” message on the phone’s Bluetooth.
I have “forgotten” the device, deleted and re-paired it in the Fitbit app, and restarted the phone at least once a day.
I shouldn’t have to do this every day, and would appreciate a reply.

Hi @winifredT. Welcome back to the forums.
Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Charge 2 prior to posting. I understand where you're coming from as your tracker should continue syncing correctly without constantly performing those tips tips. This isn't the experience that we want you to have and if you've taken into consideration the requirements, as well as steps described in this help article, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support team so they can provide you with further assistance. Please click here to get connected with them via chat or phone, and make sure to share the steps you've tried.
Have a good day.
