I have a Charge 2 and noticed it had not synced today with my iPhone. I tried syncing several times and it would not sync. I restarted the device with the same result. Then I removed the device from my account and set up the Charge 2 it said device found and connecting to tracker. That went on about for at least 10 minutes. I disconnected and got my other Charge 2 that I have and wear occasionally. Same result. So I restarted it and tried to set up. Same result for about 35 minutes. I then tried syncing an Inspire and it wouldn't sync. I am more than frustrated. My Bluetooth is on I am am running IOS13.4.1. I am extremely frustrated.

Hi @Odyssey13 , nice to see you around. Thanks for your help and links provided. Really appreciate it.
@SunsetRunner a warm welcome to the Community! Thanks for your information and trying to solve the situation by yourself. I'll be glad to help you further with the synchronization of the Charge 2.
As the MacBook Pro doesn't have a USB port to connect the dongle, it wouldn't be of much help. Most probably the MacBook has a Bluetooth chip installed.
Please go to the settings on the computer and turn the Bluetooth off.
If I understood you correctly, you were able to setup the tracker again with your account.
As the situation is just syncing right now please perform the following some steps you might have already done, but the order is important: (Always try to keep only one of Bluetooth devices on, PC or cell phone at a time, to avoid interference)
Please let me know how it goes.

I recently have a new MacBook Pro 2019 and it doesn't have standard USB ports. Do I need a dongle to connect my fitbit Charge 2 and Inspire to the dashboard? Asking because I have an adapter and the dongle doesn't show to be connected. Also the Fitibts aren't recognized by the bluetooth.

I have done everything in the article. My phone is compatible. It worked until yesterday. I don't have a new phone. I have removed the device and reinstalled on another device. This morning my phone wouldn't recognize any of my fitbits. I have done everything in the support articles. I'm wondering if it might be the update from Apple.
As for the USB on the Mac; I understand what the dongle is used for. However, the new MacBook Pro doesn't have any USB ports. You have to use an adapter, which I have with no results. I had these separated as it was entirely different subjects.

Hi @SunsetRunner , Thanks for your reply. I'm glad that your Inspire and Charge 2 are syncing. Even if you cannot sync them with the MacBook Pro. You can always check your stats on the Online Dashboard with any Internetbrowser on the computer.
Just go to fitbit.com and log in with your credentials.
You might see some limited stats that are only available on the Fitbit app for mobile devices, but you can also have other settings that are available only in the Online Dashboard .
Please don't hesitate to contact us again, should you need further assistance.
