Charge 2 won't sync

My new charge 2 won't sync with either my iPhone 6plus or my iPad. Very frustrating!

Neither will mine. I've been trying for hours to sync to my phone and or iPad and can't even find a sync button?

Are you trying to set up your new Charge 2 or is it already setup and not syncing. If you're having inconveniences setting it up, I would like to suggest the following:

  1. Restart your tracker
  2. Restart your phone
  3. Turn off the Bluetooth for 15 seconds and then turn it on once again.
  4. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around and try to set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue

If your tracker is already set up on your account and not syncing correctly, my recommendation would be checking our syncing troubleshooting instructions, as they've been proven very helpful for many members that had experienced these issues.
