Charge 3 - app in Russia

I've bought charge 3 (from Amazon to Russia) and there is no way to download the right application to register and to sync tracker with the Iphone. Is it my problem or anyone has faced it as well?

I have already uploaded VPN to try to get an app - no way. I am struggling three days already and want to get rid of the device which is so unclear.

Welcome on board @zzoe, it's nice to see you here! If so, note that the Fitbit app for iPhone is currently only available in countries where Fitbit products are sold in stores. If the Fitbit app is not available in your country, you can try downloading it by creating an Apple ID associated with a country where the Fitbit app is available. For instructions, see Apple's help article.
