Charge 3 battery depleting within hours of full recharge following upgrade to IOS13

Hi,

 

I have an iphone X which upgraded to IOS13 and since then my charge 3 battery is depleting very rapidly. I did a full charge last night and it was flat by morning, another full charge this morning (about 3 hours ago) and it's now at 56%. Previously my battery would last about 5 days wearing the tracker constantly. 

 

I've turned off All Day Sync, reinstalled the app on my phone and tried a factory reset. None of these are working. Any suggestions please? Failing that is this a known issue that Fitbit will replace if it is not resolved?

Very annoying - ever since I upgraded to IOS 13.  Fitbit battery life is about 1/3 what it used to be.

I came here to see if anybody else was having this issue - it’s ridiculous how quickly my charge 3 is losing battery since updating my phone to iOS 13.1.2. My device was just purchased in the Spring and I hope this is a temporary problem that’ll be resolved sooner than later.
