Noticed no sleep data on Fitbit app and tried to re-sync but couldn’t - removed it from Bluetooth list but can’t get it back on - after at last getting a code to come up to pair it , it still won’t sync. Nor show up on Bluetooth list of devices - iOS was recently updated but not. 13 that you say has problems - no idea what else to do - I’ve deleted and added the Fitbit app to my phone and a few times as well as shutting the Fitbit several times too - HELP !!

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm that the issue with iOS 13.5 has been resolved now. I recommend verifying that you don't have any pending Fitbit app update: How do I update the Fitbit app?
