Hi - my Charge 3 keeps losing connectivity with my iPhone. It did this with my previous phone and I have changed it within the last month. It initially paired and worked for a while and then loses connection again. I have switched the phone off, reinstalled the app, re-synced the phone and turned bluetooth on and off so many times that I am now getting very frustrated. My original Charge 3 had the same problem and Currys replaced it and it seemed to solve the problem for a while. Bluetooth will show that it is connected and then I come out of settings and a couple of minutes later, it shows as no longer connected. Please help as I am considering returning this one too.

So frustrating as this happens multiple times a day. Worse since last update which introduced features but not a fix for this issue. Multiple forums regarding this but nothing that offers a solution. Been a loyal fitbit user since the first device came out in 2014. About to order an Apple watch and say bye to Fitbit.

I’m still extremely frustrated by Fitbit lack of response.

The problem of the Charge 3 not staying synched with an iPhone seems to continue. I have the latest firmware update on the Charge 3. The iPhone is updated to the latest software. I have to restore the pairing 2-4 times a day. Sounds like there is a flaw in the latest firmware update.

I am also having this issue for the second time. The time before I was sent a replacement Charge 3 when I sent my other one back. The new one was working well and then within the last two weeks the device keeps losing the pairing with my iPhone 11 Pro. I have tried restarting my phone, restarting my Charge 3 & restarting my phone and turning the Bluetooth off and on.

I have updated the firmware, the app, and the iPhone is up-to-date. Nothing seems to works. Fitbit tech support seems to be of little help.

I got my charge 3 in October and it worked perfectly until recently. Now it disconnects from Blue Tooth ALL THE TIME. It's annoying because I grew to rely on the reminders on my calendar coming through on my watch and now they don't. It was the sole reason I started wearing the watch all the time rather than just when exercising. Now it disconnects every single day. I might as well stop wearing it.

It's 05-14-2021 -- MORE THAN TWO YEARS LATER -- and this issue still occurs. This is a development that appeared only last week. It is a several-times-a-day occurrence. I bought my Charge 3 in April 2018, and this issue (along with the impossibility of reading the display -- which is totally blank or so light you cannot read the time or stats) has been occurring since the year started. I guess there is a lifespan of 2 years or less for this fitness device. Seems there's no recourse but to buy a new fitness device. For me, it certainly will not be from Fitbit.

I'm having the exact same issue. Seems like an update was pushed out before its time.
