Chahrge 3 disconnects from GPS after upgrading iPhone to V 13.4. The GPS and iPhone is connecting when the activity is started only if the iPhohne has the Fitbit app active and open. When the app is in background or the iPhone is locked, then the Charge 3 disconnects from the iPhone. When the app is opened or active then the Charge 3 is re-connecting to the phone. When phone locks again, the tracker disconnects again.

Hi
Thanks for your answer.
Yes I have done all of it. Finally I got it working.
I did the following
Restarted the Charge 3 (no progress)
Restart Charge 3 with an other charger (No progress)
Removed Charge 3
Added the Charge 3 (No progress)
Restarted Charge 3 and now it works.
The option use Position has ben set to always all the time.
As you say the App must be run in background all the time to have it
working.
Regards Gunnar
