After performing ALL the troubleshooting available and recommended by Fitbit support the device is not showing into my Bluetooth devices, if I reboot both iPhone XS Max and the Fitbit it recognizes the device but then the connection is lost again, this started around 2 weeks ago, I have a case already but there is nothing else that I can do, need more help with this since my device was working just fine and suddenly started to failed!
