After the iphone updated the watch was unable to be detected. Did all of the typical things turned phone on and off, deleted the app, and installed app on Samsung tablet. I called in to live chat and after talking to Chris L he helped me and we got the watch to work. So I attached the watch to the charger saw the battery percentage and the pressed the button for 8 seconds and did a hard reset. Took the watch off the charger turned the bluetooth on off went into the fit bit app and re synced the app and it was detected. It has been working for the last hour. Hope this helps
