I’ve tried everything short of deleting the Fitbit app by way of restarting, turning off Bluetooth and phone etc etc
Since updating to iOS 13.5.1, my Fitbit won’t sync.
anyone else have any suggestions (outside all the normal resets) that won’t see me loose my data not yet synced?

I just spent 20 minutes with support with this issue. My Fitbit versa hasn’t been syncing since Wednesday(2 days) My time is off and The day is off.
The Fitbit representative told me many others have reported a syncing issue with 13.5.1. Hope they figure out a solution.

I was having the same issue with my Charge 2. I found these instructions on another thread and they worked for my Charge 2; maybe similar steps will work for your Charge 3.
- Force quit the Fitbit app.
- Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
- Reboot your phone and restart your Charge 2.
- Open the Fitbit app, tap on profile's icon > Charge 2 image.
- Tap on sync now and wait until it syncs.
