My charge 3 will only sync with my iPhone XS about every two weeks after a mixture of turning Bluetooth on and off, turning my phone on and off, deleting and redownloading the Fitbit app, and rebooting the actual Fitbit, I have plugged my Fitbit in and then tried all of the above as well and nothing will get my Fitbit to regularly sync with my phone. I have sync all day enabled and it still won’t work. Any suggestions on what else I can try?

Hello @JamieBur, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I would also like to thank you for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment, if your Charge 3 is not syncing, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. Then, go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Charge 3 and enable All-day Sync again. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.
After that, force-quit the app, open it again and try to sync. Give it a try and let us know the outcome!

Mine will only sync for a couple of days then I have to go through the song and dance again trying to get it sync. It is a pain since I need it to sync for a program that my employer has that rewards points for certain things.
