Charge 3 steps won't sync to iOS app

My iPhone is not showing steps but the watch is

Because your Charge 3 isn't syncing correctly, may I know if you're getting an error message on the Fitbit app? Do you have other devices connected to the Fitbit app such as MobileTrack? Please note this function allows you to track basic stats using your phone's sensors; however, it may affect the overall step count if used along with a Fitbit device.

In the meantime, let me suggest the following steps:

  1. Remove your Charge 3 from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your tracker to refresh its performance.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
