Charge 3 stopped syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have done all of this for my Charge 3. Blue Tooth will still not connect. This problem has persisted for 2 days while I have tried all of the instructions (except for factory reset), and still get message "Connection Unsuccessful."

Hi @Q.Hansen, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

1. On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app.

3. Make sure other Bluetooth enabled devices aren't nearby.

3. Turn off your phone's Bluetooth and turn it back on after 10 seconds.

4. Open the Fitbit app, tap the "Today" tab and your profile picture.

5. Tap "Set up a device" and follow the on screen instructions to complete the set up.

By the way, I've moved your post to a new thread so we can keep our forums organized.

I'll be around if you need further help.

Thank you for step-by-step instructions

I have carefully followed all of them.

I even removed my Fitbit and iPhone far away (outside), to avoid any of my
other Bluetooth devices from attempting to connect.

Search for DEVICES just continues to spin in a circle.

When I woke up this morning, my Fitbit was able to pair and to sync when I again tried sync by pulling down the app screen. The past two nights of data were then displayed. I don't know why it would not do this yesterday, but I am thankful!

Thank you for these instructions, which I then followed without any success that day. I even tried syncing outside so no possible other syncing devices available. The sync attempt wheel just kept spinning and spinning.

Surprisingly, the next next morning it synced and displayed sleep data for the past two nights.

Then it quit sync at 11:08 am, and would not sync.

However, the next morning (and today) I was again able to sync for sleep data.

However, at this time (abt 8:30am 2/1/21), I receive the same old message "Fitbit not found," and Fitbit will not connect when I attempt that!

Thank you for your reply, @Q.Hansen.

I am glad to hear you were able to pair your tracker to your Fitbit account. I understand that you continue experiencing difficulties with syncing your tracker. Please take a look at our troubleshooting tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? I recommend making sure the Bluetooth setting on your phone is turned on and the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background.

I'll be around.
