ive been having problems with my fitbit and contacted fitbit support. and one of the steps to fix the problem was to put forget this device in bluetooth settings. and after i completed that and all the other steps, i tried to connect to my fitbit again and sync it but no matter what i did, the fitbit would not show up in bluetooth settings ( my device is a charge 3 ). ive tried refreshing, restarting and starting over. but it still doesn't show up in bluetooth settings. does anyone know a fix to this problem?

Hi @meme_loop, welcome to our Community Forums!

Thanks for letting me know that your Charge 3 doesn't appear in the Bluetooth settings. I appreciate the steps that you've tried and be sure that I'm here to help you. Because your device is able to sync with your account, I'd suggest to try the following steps:

1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the account icon.

2. Tap on your device's icon and then on notifications.

3. If you're prompted to pair via Bluetooth, please do so.

Give them a try and let me know the outcome.

Thanks for this post. I followed your steps and was able to get my Charge 3 reconnected with my iPhone after it stopped showing up in my Bluetooth list. Yay!
