Charge 3 won’t stay connected to iPhone 6s

Continually tries to synchronize but won’t  stay connected

I am sorry to hear your Charge 3 tracker won't stay connected to your iPhone 6S. I am glad to assist you with that. I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If you're on iOS 13 or higher, please do the following:
- Open Settings app on phone
- Scroll down, tap Fitbit -> Toggle Location to 'Always'
- Ensure toggles next to Bluetooth and Background App Refresh are turned "On"
