My iPhone 11 max 13.3.1 will only sync with my Charge 3 28.20001.63.5 will only sync if no other BT devices are connected.

 

It doesn't matter what the other device is ,I have to disconnect it.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 3 will only sync with your iPhone 11 max 13.3.1 if no other Bluetooth devices are connected. Thank you for reporting this, I would like to confirm that if your iPhone is managing other Bluetooth connections like speakers or headsets paired to your phone along with your Fitbit device, you may have trouble using more than one at the same time.
