My charge 3 has stopped syncing with my iPhone8, I’ve done all that’s been suggested, deleted app & reinstalled, turned off Bluetooth etc...
The phone is finding the tracker but won’t connect 😢
Can anyone suggest anything else to try?

Are you saying that your Fitbit app is finding the Charge 3?
After your Fitbit app finds the tracker, what happens? Any error messages?
Your phones Bluetooth will not work you need to use the Fitbit app.

What do you mean by my phone won't find? You should be using the Fitbit app to setup the tracker.

I had the same problem and just decided to try connecting it through the charge 4 option since I had tried everything. It worked! I definitely don’t have a charge 4 and when it connects it shows it’s a 3. May be a glitch?
