Charge 4 Gallery no longer accessible

I recently replaced my charge 4 with my wife’s Fitbit Charge 4 and no longer have the gallery of watch faces available to me. I prefer a different face than my wife had. Any suggestions?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand that you'd like to change the clock face of your Charge 4 and let's work on this together. Before anything else, do you see an error message when opening Gallery on the Fitbit app? If so, please provide a screenshot of that message so we can investigate.

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Log out from your account
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account
  4. Tap Devices at the upper left corner
  5. Tap Charge 4 > Gallery and try changing the clock face one more time
