Charge 4 Notification Problems

I just switched from my Charge 2 to a Charge 4. My Charge 2 was so super easy to operate and I never had any problems. I’ve had my Charge 4 for a week, and still can’t get text notifications. Any hints on that?

I have the same problem. One thing I did notice though is that if I go to privacy, I don’t see notifications so it seems that Fitbit has not asked access to notifications yet. I have gone to bluetooth and shared notifications and my notifications preview are “when unlocked.” How do you get fitbit to request access?

I don’t know how to do that. I had to delete and reinstall the Fitbit App about 5 times and reboot my device. Today, my Charge 4 is functioning completely. Good luck. I hope you are able to get yours to work properly, or find a resolution.
