Fitbit tracks heartbeats, and they show up on my phone, but when you go into it for detail there is nothing. Same with tracking daily exercise. I’m a techie idiot. Tried syncing, logging gifs, restarting phone.

I am sorry to hear your detailed information is not showing in the Fitbit app. I am sorry that you are going through this situation, thanks for trying to resolve this and I am glad to help. I would like to confirm if you've tried the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Try to check your stats and their details one more time.

If the issue persists, you may try to uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone. Please sync your tracker before to avoid any data loss.
