Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Charge 4 has only one green flashing light after update and reset, and your heart rate and fat burning zones are not displaying on the app. I am glad to assist you with that.

I would like to confirm if you see your heart rate on your Charge 4? Please check this help article with useful information: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Regarding the heart rate and fat burning zones not showing in the app, I recommend doing the following:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

You can find more information about the Fitbit app and adding tiles on the Today tab at How do I add, remove, or rearrange stats on the Today tab in the Fitbit app?

If you continue experiencing difficulties, please provide more details and I will be glad to investigate further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Those solutions didn’t work. Before the heart rate display screen would display fat burning & cardio zones for previous fitbits 2&3
This current fitbit only displays resting heart rate on the heart rate screen.

Fitbit2 was the best, 3 was horrible and the 4 doesn’t seem to be much better so far.

Hi @SunsetRunner, thank you for your reply.

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you can see your heart rate zones if you tap the heart rate tile and swipe left on the graph. If possible, could you please provide a screenshot for me to investigate further? You can follow these steps to attach a screenshot to your next reply: How To: Add An Image To Your Post.

Thank you for your feedback, our team is always working on our products and services, and your comments are always welcome.

Looking forward to your response.
