Charge 4 won’t hold a charge

I downloaded the latest update and a couple days later my Fitbit Charge 4 will go from 100 percent to 0 percent in less than an hour.  Anyone else experience this or have suggestions to remedy it?

Yes. Mine too. I heard though this platform that after about 1 1/2 years they go to **ahem**. That’s too bad cause I really liked the Fitbit. I guess I’ll have to go with the Apple Watch.
