So I used my Charge 4 all summer and I got really busy so I forgot to charge it one night so it was dead. I forgot all about it for a while until I charged it again and tried to use it. The date and time were off and I couldn’t figure out why and how to fix it. Since it was messed there was almost no point in wearing it so it went in the drawer. Now I want to use it again and I have the same problem.
Today is May 4/23 and the time is 3:47. My Fitbit says December 17/22 at 5:15. Does anyone know how to fix it because when I tried to go on the app and resync it my Charge 4 says download or update the Fitbit app and i can’t figure it out.😭
