Charge 5 - no sleep, health metrics or readiness since Nov 11th

Hi Fitbit forum,

 

I have a charge 5 with Premium included for 6mths.

 

Until recently it was working perfectly. From around November 11th for some reason it now no longer tracks sleep, health metrics, readiness or stress. Steps and hr seem unaffected. 

 

Firmware up to date, android app seems ok. Tried restarting device, logging in and out. No joy. 

 

What's changed?
