Charge 5 not receiving notifications from Iphone 12

Dear all, i need your advice, I dont receive iphone notification, such as whatapp, message and iMessage. 

What and how should i do ?

Thank you for sharing the details regarding this difficulty with your Charge 5 with me. 

I'd recommend checking whether your Charge 5 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

• Notifications, goal celebrations, and reminders are muted.
• The screen's brightness is set to dim.
• The screen stays dark when you turn your wrist. To wake your tracker, firmly tap the screen twice.
• The sleep mode icon illuminates in quick settings.
