In the last few days my Fitbit Charge 5 started disconnecting from my IPhone X whilst on my wrist. As soon as it’s on the charging cradle it connects.
I have tried every single solution provided on the forums ie restarting device, restarting phone, reinstalling Fitbit app etc etc. Nothing works and unfortunately it’s 13 months old so presumably out of warranty.
Apart from throwing it away and buying a new watch I’m out of ideas. Can anybody help me please?
